I dont have the words to describe what im feeling right now. I dont understand how girls/women can be so stupid to have a baby while on drugs. These poor babies? dont have a chance

I think a rehabilitation service for the mother (if she intends to keep the baby) should be a requirement before they? send the babies home with them. Get these moms (and dads) some resources so they can give the baby a good life after hospital!
