So basically my dad was a really heavily abuser of drugs and was for many years. This one doctor knew that and cut to the chase, basically took my dads life away from me, he is still here, just mentally insane/brain damaged. The main pill was oxycotton, and when that came out like 8ish years ago that was a big thing with this doctor and apparently my dad wasn’t the only one, many ppl sued this doctor and got what they wanted from him, from ruining soo many families. My mom had the opp. to do so but she just wanted to get away from that drama, now that im 17, i dont have a dad and thats had, i still would like to press charges/sue this doctor or whatever, at the time i would have done it when it all happened only i was too young, now that im almost of age, would i still be able to do so like 8 years later? Please give me some good news.
No, the doctor did not force my dad to take the pills, nor shove them down my “junkie” dad’s throat. But he knew my father had a problem. All I’m asking is, is it too late to press charges or sue, this doctor for doing this? I know I would win my case because everyone who went up against this doctor has won. Thats all I’m asking.
