There isn’t an easy answer to this question. With the economy the way it is, people with felony convictions will take a backseat to people that don’t have one. Here’s a list of companies that are known to hire people with criminal records. exoffenders.wordpress.com/employment
Keep in mind that this doesn’t mean they will definitely get a job at one of these places, these are just companies that have hired ex-offenders in the past. The nature of the crime, the time since the last conviction, any type of rehabilitation they may have completed will also play a part in making a decision on hiring an ex-offender. Best of luck to your two sons, I’ve been on the out-of-prison job search before, it really isn’t fun.
