I’m buying a home in San Jose for the first time, and have never lived there before.
I’d like to know more about this city to determine where I should buy.

If only I was in real estate sales… I’d be taking you to lunch and buying you drinks.
Since you don’t live there and in view of the cost of houses, wouldn’t you think maybe a better idea is to rent for a while, get to know the community, make certain this is where you want to stay?
Cuase if you make the wrong decision… ouch! Big time ouch.
