Male on male rape. The sate and federal governments don’t do anything to stop it because it serves as a crime deterrent. It’s interesting how the US Constitution bans cruel and unusual punishment, but if you’re a white guy and have to go to prison for any length of time, you’re getting raped and getting AIDS.

It works exactly like it should, because it’s a racket.
Non violent drug users make up the majority, the state gets about 50k per head, they serve their time, get out… can’t find a job, go back to crime. There is no rehabilitation, and the programs that do work aren’t streamlined throughout the system.
If any of you think I’m wrong, tell me why there are privatized prisons now…… prisons FOR PROFIT.
Once you’re in the system, there is very little incentive to get out.
