DARE Program Comes to Departure Bay Elementary – www.ctvvancouverisland.ca http NANAIMO – Grade 5 students at Departure Bay Elementary school today got educated about the dangers of drugs, alchool and tobacco. That is why the Drug Abuse Research Education program targets Grade 5 students and offers them education and tools to avoid making poor decisions. The nation-wide program is taught by local RCMP officers and focuses on education rather than telling the kids what to do or what not to do. Follow Chandler Grieve on Twitter: www.twitter.com
