kohls is a chain so yes they do

I’m in CA but I do not know. This I do. As a manager I require every employee to sign a form upon hiring them that if they receive an injury at work, they are required to get a drug test. If Kohl’s requires this they will have to tell you. I also perform a background check as well. If they do this, tell them before the results come in otherwise you are toast.
