Poll: Russians see drug abuse as a top problem

According to an Associated Press-GfK poll released on July 1, 2012, some 87 per cent of Russians consider drug abuse an "extremely" or "very serious" problem, and it is a problem which has only been around since the 1991 collapse of the Soviet Union.

Half my high school class? (many didn’t graduate) are in jail, out of jail in exchange for becoming a paid police informant, drug dealers/users, hustlers, hoodrats, what have you. Oh, and they are all on some sort of welfare. That’s just an observation from a small town on the east coast.
I understand the perception, but this is NOT necessarily true-? my husband has been looking for work for 2.5 years- we have gone through our savings, all of our investments, everything- he has an Engineering Degree, Master’s Degree, his P.E. etc. THE JOBS ARE NOT THERE! He has looked far and wide… there are too many Engineers on the market and NOT ENOUGH JOBS! Unemployment is far a solution- it ends and I pray he has a job by then. I work, too by the way- good jobs are HARD to find!

What he is saying is if there are no jobs where you are? you should not get the unemployment that YOU payed into. That money is neded for the tax break for the very rich. unfortunately i lost my job of 6 years for reporting a unprofessional manager to corporate that was 4 months ago 3 months ago i got? a letter saying i quit and i was not eligible i was the guy there 15 mnitues early every day never called off and busted my dick still aint seen a penny shit id be happy jus to get my job back i couldnt afford drugs even if i waned them @zenbrenzz

The biggest threat to politics is OUR GENERATION! They love it that we don’t? vote, because things stay the same then:) Come on Generation Y lets show the world we are coming and everyone get out and vote. I don’t? have a ‘party,’ lefty. And yes, the solution to every problem is ‘freedom.’ This is why lefties, who believe the solution to every problem is ‘slavery’ continually make a mess of everything.
What action, lefty? Any government action, by definition, comes at the expense of freedom. We have no problems so terrible that people must be enslaved to fix them.
