I Am About to Get Kicked Out. No Job, No Friends or Acquaintances and Family Will Not Help?

Question by Dave: I am about to get kicked out. No job, no friends or acquaintances and family will not help?
Ok, here’s the deal. I was a scumbag , mooching and leeching off my parents like a piece of crap for the past 2 years while half assing myself in college. well, today my mom decided she’s going to end this bull**** and kicking me out. i have 3 weeks to get out.

No this is not negotiable and should not be, I deserved to be kicked out on the streets… I will definitely get a wake up call and this is probably a needed experience for me since all i do is suck the energy out of the family.

But, here’s the real question. What should I do to help me get a little boost? I have had no prior job experience, no car, no money, no friends(literally 0 for the past 3 years), and I can’t even get a job as a dishwasher or a fast food worker and I’ve been signing up at every single mcdonalds , taco bell, kfc, you name it i come across. i am panicking and i realize this experience will probably better me as a human being rather than being a piece of **** mooch.

are there any shelters or something or any job searches i can find? I’m in San Jose CA.

i don’t abuse drugs nor am i depressed. i was just acting like a spoiled piece of ****. getting everything(house, eletricity, transportation, etc) for doing nothing.

Joining one of the branches of the military is an option. They will house you, feed you, and train you in a skill. There is the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and the Coast Guard. They also have those same branches in the Reserve. I only mention this option because it is what I did when I turned 18 for similar reasons to yours.
