Is There Anyway to Make a Kidney Stone Pass?

Question by Nikkicole: Is there anyway to make a kidney stone pass?
I found out via CTscan of my abdomen that I have a 5 mm kidney stone sitting in the bottom of my left kidney. I noticed blood in my urine almost 4 weeks ago and that is when they decided to do the CTscan. I have seen a urologist and he says he is going to give it a week before pursuing other treatments. I was just wondering if other than drinking lots of water is there anyway to help it move along? Does exercise help “release” it? Thanks in advance for any help!

Drink cranberry juice and pure pineapple juice.. My Mom has had kidney stones, and she always tells me to drink Cranberry Juice because it can help to prevent them or maybe destroy them…But good luck…
