Javier Damian at the Neptune Rehab

Javier Damian at the Neptune Rehab – (Encinitas) This is a video of Javier Damian heading downstairs to grab some materials at a big rehab job on the ocean in Encinitas on Neptune Ave. You can see two of Javier’s crew in the video, too. The entire master bedroom suite in this million dollar house was renovated in under 5 weeks including new bathroom, new walls, new plumbing, new closets, new bathtub, moving toilets. This was a complex job under a very tight time line. They did the job for one-third LESS than the next lowest bid saving us thousands of dollars — and they did it perfectly, on-time, without a hitch. My wife and I (Terry Hunefeld and Ann Dunham) own the Inn at Moonlight Beach Bed and Breakfast in Encinitas. We put a special webpage on our B&B website because we wish to “sing their praises from the rooftops” because they did such great work at such reasonable prices. Here is the webpage: www.innatmoonlightbeach.com Their names are Jose and Javier Damian and they work fast, efficiently, inexpensively, are fully licensed, bonded and insured and will do phenomenal work at half the cost of other contractors.
