Ledgemont Elementary DARE Culmination Ceremony – Ledgemont Elementary DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) culmination ceremony, held Jan. 13. Guest speakers were Geauga County Sheriff Dan McClelland and his best friend, Midge, the world’s smallest K-9 dog; Common Pleas Judge David Fuhry; and Deputy Matsik and his K-9 companion, Marco. Students in Ms. Smith’s and Ms. Schaffer’s class learn to just say no to drugs.
