An addiction treatment center can really help you. There are a lot of treatments you can choose from based on your needs.
Some treatments are detoxification, behavioral cognitive therapy and medication. Detoxification is a process where all the substances are washed out from your system. The procedure is painful so physicians prescribe their patients with medication that gives them the same feeling of being high on the addictive substance which leads to the gradual reduction in substance dosage. Therapy will include some counseling sessions and you can also join support groups. These can help you find new perspective that can help you lose your cravings. And while you are undergoing behavioral cognitive therapy, medication is given so you will not have relapse.
You can try searching for addiction treatment centers within your area. Get in touch with them so they can explain to you the kinds of treatment they have. I am sure they are the people who can best help you.

if you are ready to commit to being sober, you can get a lot out of treatment. you’ll get a safe detox, all kinds of therapy, you’ll find news ways to have fun sober, meet lots of new sober people, find out if you have a dual diagnoses and learn how to take care of yourself after you leave the program.
I’ve been through treatment 3 times and it’s never worked for me (of course, it’s never been my choice to go and i’ve never really wanted to be clean and sober). the relapse rate is also really high in general for treatment centers. have you tried AA/NA? sometimes that alone can work for people. best of luck to you.

I must say that you will get nothing from a treatment center if your heart is not into it! If you truley seek help, and want to quit whatever, habit you have a treatment center might help.If you are real serious you will just quit whatever you are doing on your own.Remember it is this easy, just don’t do it.If you snort drugs, just don’t snort anymore. If you smoke put out the fire.If you drink stop drinking. If you use needles, stay away from the needle, and most of all avoid all people that are into the same habit as you.Whatever you do my heart is with you.I wish you nothing, but the best. One more thing I want you to do is pray to God for guidance, and will power. You may not be religious, but I want you to do this anyway! After you pray I want you to keep faith that you will remain strong.I want you to believe that you will quit because you have a higher power on your side.Goodluck! Ginny
