I have been thinking about trying these vitamins out but I’m afraid about what the effects might be if i decide to stop taking them.
Will it make my hair fall out ?

You should be more worried the SIDE EFFECTS if you do take them. Supplements, anti-acne products, birth control pills, medications, etc. ALL HAVE SIDE EFFECTS.
Man-made products & supplements can do more harm than good.
