Question by : Why is marijuana a Schedule I drug?
Schedule one drugs have
1. high potential for abuse (marijuana is not at all addicting)
2. and no medical value (marijuana has plenty of medicinal value, from helping your appetite to glaucoma)

or was it removed from schedule I and I just didnt know yet?

For the potential abuse of marijuana: In America the drug is SO illegal that if you get caught with it/doing it your only options are either jail or treatment, so how many people do you think will choose jail over rehab?? That’s why statistics show that weed is addicting because the smart people went to rehab only to avoid prison
