The last time I smoked weed was June 20th. I am not a heavy smoker, I smoke about five times a year. I have a physical today and my doctor always makes me pee in a cup.

Your good. Even I you would have smoked weed everyday of the yer to June 20th you’d still be okay. It can only be traced in your pee for up to 23 days after you smoke. It can be seen longer if they took a hair or something

I’d say you were clean before the month of July even started if you only smoke 5 times a year It takes 3 or 4 days tops to get clean.
