Guests on the discussion panel include former circuit judge Kim Skievaski, the only person in Northwest Florida who has worked as a prosecutor, judge and defense attorney; Susan Watson, ACLU NW Florida Regional Office Director; Connie Bookman, founder and executive director of Pathways for Change – a long term alcohol and drug treatment program that boasts a 92% success rate; and Dr. Richard Hough, instructor at the UWF department of justice studies.
